Rights in photographs, text, fonts, design and logos belong to their respective right holders. Website access does not grant a commercial reuse licence. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected. Please contact us about a suspected rights issue. We do not claim ownership of all third-party material.
Information and external links
Availability, facilities and rates may change before a booking is agreed. Confirm material details in your offer. This does not permit changing an accepted price or avoiding responsibility for misleading information. We may maintain or update the website without removing mandatory consumer remedies. Travel Haven provides independent accommodation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of the Eurovision Song Contest, the European Broadcasting Union, BNT or the event organisers. Event tickets and transport are not included. Factual event information should be checked with the organisers.
Separate booking terms and rights
The Direct Booking Terms concern direct stays. For Booking.com reservations, the final platform booking flow and agreed rate conditions govern that booking; our statutory accommodation-provider obligations remain. These website terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive statutory consumer rights or impose exclusive arbitration. Bulgarian law applies subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules. Merely browsing is not consent to optional tracking.
